I don't believe this was any fault of the seller, and would highly recommend them. The items were definitely a great value for the price and came in good condition as described.

    I made a mistake on my search and looked for Catalyst 3560 instead of Catalyst 3650. I apologized to the seller and told them what I had done and they still accepted the return. There are not very many people like this in the world and I commend them for their customer service!
