The pieces were not individually wrapped, the bulb was installed in the unit, but also had no original wrapping on it. In addition, the styrofoam was broken just a little in a couple of places, all indications that this was a returned item. I need this right away, so i am forced to place it into use. But if it does not work as new, I am sending it back w/anticipated refund
