    BREATHTAKING

    The barbie is actually gorges! The dress is very becoming the earrings dangle just enough to complement Barbies face and neckline. This is a gift for my daughter to place in her curio cabinet, if I were a hardcore collector I would be upset about the box being slightly scuffed up. Also the miniature barbie inside the box has become loose and is sliding around inside the box.

    very pretty doll

    I have not actually opened her up she's in a sealed box but she is a beautiful doll. I got her to go with the 40th ann. ken but need to replace him. Her dress is beautiful. she also come with a mini doll.

    Celebrating 40 years of fashion, fun & feminine passions!

    She is lovely, elegant & matches my AA 40th Anniverysary girl. I bought her long ago - about a year ago. I don't regret purchasing her for my extensive collection of 300+ beautiful Barbies. It compares to others very equal, if not prettier than many. There is nothing that I dislike about this anniversary doll. I bought her as she was & still is exquisite & a collector's joy. I love the tiny vintage dressed barbie included with the anniversary regular size doll.

    Gown Inspired by Original 1959 Swimsuit

    She comes with a bouquet of 40 roses to commemorate her 40 years as well as a "Doll" sized replica of the original #1 Ponytail Barbie with its' box, 1959-1999. Her Black and Silver Mermaid styled Gown was inspired by the original swimsuit often referred to as the Zebra suit, but WOW what a difference. Black Long Shear Gloves, Diamond-Like dangling earrings, Ballerina arms with one bent to hold her Roses, Up-Swept Hair Do and Closed Mouth Head complete her elegant look. Just Fantastic!
