Item arrived well packaged but damaged. Honestly, looked to be fairly low quality, but that's often PICO-BOX itself to be fair. A capacitor was broken off. I was originally asked to just fix it myself (danger aside of working on a PSU, I did not have the tools), I was then offered $10 off which is insulting for a non-working piece. A hassle of messages later, I had to go to eBay to get a proper refund. They *partially* refunded shipping, and asked me to ship it back outside of eBay policies.

I received the keyboard today (10 days after purchase) and it was in perfect condition. Everything seems to work fine. Very happy. You'll see from the image that I need to purchase new keycaps. The caps I had already are not suited for this style of board. The RGB is nice and the case is better quality than I expected. I would recommend this to others who are beginning the journey of ergonomic boards.
