    If you are a little DIY inclined you will find this kit easy to install. The instructions are easy to follow and very well packaged. This is by far the cheapest way to repair this unit. I was quoted from a repairer over $500 to replace this part. At a fraction of the price and a few tools I had our AC up and running in 15mins. Highly recommend this kit.

    Awesome product. The authorised service rep wanted a $450 call out fee—no thank you. This kit saved me the hassle of sourcing new micro switches/24V motor myself. The replacement seals were a bonus! The drain valve on my unit wasn't cycling constantly (as appears to be common), but was stuck open—meaning water was constantly draining and the tray couldn't fill. The diagnostic panel said no drain valve detected (4 flashes on the "sal" light). This kit fixed the issue, for a fraction of the cost.

The process took me about 30 mins from removal to replacement to reinstallation and testing, all looks good and works as described, the best part: at a much more realistic price point, thank you and will buy again if/when needed :)
