These Quick Release Plates fit better in my Manfrotto Tripod Head than other after-market quick release plates I have tried. I did replace the Rubber Plug that keeps the camera mounting screw from falling out . . with an M6 x 10 mm long Countersunk Philips Screw and an M6 nut, because the Rubber Plug was VERY LOOSE and kept falling out. Now I have Spare Quick Release plates, and I leave one on the Camera, to make mounting and un-mounting quicker.

I shaved it down but that's hardly ideal.No such thing with your plate, which fit perfectly and could handle a large telephoto lens.There's a good chance I'll order this product again. Regards, C.
