I have been on eBay for years purchasing for my boutique. This was the worst seller I have ever dealt with! Completely Rude and condescending! One lipstick in my order looked to be used. I AM a female in the retail cosmetics biz and I know how lip gloss is supposed to look. I only asked for a replacement and this seller CAME UNGLUED accused me of filing a false complaint.
