Did not receive 6 items ordered and 2 items were wrong. Seller had contacted me to let me know they would owe me a refund because they had a supplier issue and I would likely not receive item or have random substitutes. On April 27 when I received order I let seller know I needed a refund for 8 strands. Despite several messages, seller has not responded at all. Today is May 30. Seller has not responded once for a month. I tried to initiate an eBay help request. Status still shows as shipping
