    These are actually real Stainless Steel - they stayed pristine even when used to distill sulphuric acid. Two packs of ten provided. Sizing 24/40 (or 29) is correct; they are nice and tight and provide a very secure fitting, remaining so after multiple usages. Good price point too, these are definitely recommended, and much preferred to the inferior nickel-plated versions that seem to corrode automatically on contact with anything.

    Disappointed !These are described as stainless steel but are in reality plated steel.They corrode very quickly when exposed to NO2 and H2SO4 fumes.
