Worn over cotton cycling shorts or leggings to keep the sun off my legs! The leggings are only slightly see-through so I can wear over cycling shorts rather than leggings. I find synthetic leggings on their own irritating so the cycling shorts or leggings underneath are cotton. The PVC leggings on top slide easily over a leather saddle; this diminishes the chance of getting a sore bottom. These leggings are little bit small to size but not a problem. Great product and great seller.
