    Softl & Pretty Lip Liner That Actually Helps Prevent Lip Color From Bleeding Into Lines

    I have been using the Rimmel Exaggerate SNOB colored lip liner with a brush on lip gloss and it really seems to help prevent the color from bleeding into the lines above my upper lip. It's a pretty and soft color for a more natural daytime look. It's not drying and applies easily. Great lip liner!
