So our freezer stopped working and while the manufacturer do not supply a trouble shooting document, we figured out that the thermostat was at fault. We replaced the old with this one and it’s a treat. Not only can we set the temperature exactly, the display shows me what it currently is. This is a huge improvement over the old thermostat, which just had a dial switch inside the freezer. The only thing I say is that the sensor needs to be placed right into the freezer touching the wall.
