There was no issue with the sauce but the packaging was horrible. It came torn/squashed and as a result some of the sauce squeezed out and spilt on other sauce portions. Had to discard quite a few as a result and wipe down others so as not to waste many. Not at all happy as a result to the work involved and the wastage of product.

The item in question comes to you in a sturdy cardboard box. The 100 sachet are not merely thrown in a plastic bag. AUSPOST is notorious for breaking items and for rough handling. What cannot be ruled out is a sizable box weighing in excess of 15 kilos was not plonked on top. No matter how much packaging you use this cannot withstand such force. Complimentary insurance included on this item. Simply take in to your nearest Post Office & file damages report. item must be inspected by staff member.
