    This product is my first wireless router and I love the convenience of it.

    I had connection troubles with this model Belkin wireless router. After some time with their helpdesk, Belkin organised a replacement. The model they sent very promptly was not the same one, but model F9J1002v1 N300 WIRELESS IN MODEM ROUTER. This installed easily and is working well. I bought the wireless router to save my mobile data usage on my android phone and for laptop use around the house. I have brick internal walls, and reception is very satisfactory inside the large house, but is quickly lost outside away from the house, which is not really an issue with me. Belkin organised free return postage for my faulty F7D2401AU to be returned in the same box and packing that the replacement arrived in.     Easy, unobtrusive, inexpensive... and it works

    Helpline is available 24/7 so no problem setting up with very patient tech. assistant. It's the right price and works perfectly, warranty is better than most (2 years instead of the usual 1). My previous modem lasted 15 months on a 12 month warranty, cost more in the first place, then I had to bin it (not a Belkin). Very happy with this brand.

    Great product, great value

    Works great. Very easy to set up. Just plug and go using the preset security password. Great value for money.

    Faultless...

    An reliable product, that just keeps performing as one would expect. The review indicated that nothing ever went wrong with this router/modem; I hoped it was true. I have not been dissapointed. Highly recommended. Belkin customer support is excellent.
