    I always love the BBC Bake Off series books. They usually have good measurements and baking advice = v = Product has turned out great so far~

    Oh my goodness, everything from cakes to entremets and everything in between. Want French pastry? You got it. Exquisite recipes with step by step directions and pictures. I can't say enough good things about it. If you couldn't bake before you will be by the end and it's impressive!
