I think that these speakers are as the YouTube videos depict. For the price, they are excellent value. The only changes I would ask the manufacturers to do is add an led light on the side panel for each mode of input eg line one, line two, optical or coax and a numbered volume knob. The knob at present just goes round without a stop point. Should be numbered or graduated from 0 to max. Good buy.

!Wow! I must admit, as a life-long audiophile, I thought these would be 'sufficient' at best and 'rubbish' at worst. It was only their very low price that made me take a chance. But I was very wrong. They sound very good with clear and present treble and a bass that was far more punchy than I was expecting. Easy to set up and synced to my iPhone right away. I will probably buy some more.

The speakers (EdifierR1280DB) were advertised as reconditioned but when I received them and opened the package everything looked new. There was a hardly perceivable scratch on top of one of the speakers that hinted the speakers may not be new. The speakers produce excellent sound, particularly for the money. Communication with the seller was excellent and postage was quick. I don't have any hesitation in recommending this seller A++++
