    Suspension Upgrade Success

    Paired 881 + 890 on my 2001 4Runner. Bilstein 5100 for Tundra on the front at 3rd spring perch. Landcruiser 80 series rear Tokico shocks on my rear, plus 10mm Old Man Emu trim packers. Yeilded 3" in the front, 3.75" in the rear, and excellent ride quality. 1" diff drop in the front and it drives perfectly. Don't hesitate if you are in my situation. This made my 4Runner handle like new, with the bonus of much more capable suspension set up. My T4R is my baby, and I researched for litterally years before landing on this setup. Id also suggest picking up two pairs of rear sway bar end links for a 2nd gen 4R. Use them front and back for the added height. Moog's (found on Rock Auto) are Japanese made and fit perfectly.
