Great communication, responds to any queries promptly and resolved issues I had with the item. Unfortunately, all pieces were packed together in the postage satchel with no other packaging when advertised new, it also had missing items. Hopefully, this is something they learn for next time. They issued a partial refund and I’m happy with the final outcome.

I ordered a large coat and on the photo it showed a Labrador retriever wearing the coat just what I wanted. When the coat arrived however it was very small chihuahua size despite packaging having an L on it. When I tried to contact eBay re the money as they promise I could not get hold of anybody. They said I didn’t have an account with them so I will never shop with eBay again. Very dissapointing
