Good product, the motherboard beeps at start but it is a successful beep, confirmed by IBASE manufacturer. Beeps are fast and the beeps sequence lasts no more than 1 second. One long beep then as many short beeps as usb devices connected. At the end it has last long changing tone beep. There is no option in the bios to silence the beeps, maybe with a firmware upgrade but I didn't find one.
