BEEF I DON'T KNOW ?
The product tastes exactly like BIG MAMA"S hot sausage in the individual packs you get in stores. I can taste the juice just fine, but the meat tastes more of a pork and possibly chicken mixed. It advertises on the jar that it's beef and chicken. The absolute BEST hot sausage brand that I have tried is RESERS beef hot sausage. I purchased the RESERS jar of hot sausages, but it wasn't HOT it was more on the MILD side. RESERS tastes like beef for sure. The only CON to buying RESERS is that the same size jar is $54 dollars compared to $36 dollars for HERBS. This wasn't a bad buy, but it just didn't taste like a beef hot sausage at all to me.
