The most amazing sourdough starter. It hadn't been fed for about a week on its trip down from Qld, so I did so straight away and was baking with it the next day. The results were quite satisfying as I have little experience with this type of baking. Seller was very helpful, answering all my questions promptly - highly recommend!!!
