With the price You don’t get working systems you need to pay extra to setup and some functions can not be use unless you pay subscription fee so you either pay more or end up with half function system, when talk to support instead of helping you out they ask you to pay and debate about how good their system is when you can’t even you or properly.

Dear customer, This POS package you purchased is a DIY setup package. If you'd like to buy the package including service, we have another eBay link product package which includes setup service. This has been stated clearly on the product description. This package includes the basic software features for free. But you required advance feature such as Integrated Payment, this is $15 per month and not included in your purchased starter package. We could do return and refund if this is not fit you.
