On the day the hat arrived I needed to adjust the size of the plastic adjuster on the back to fit my head but the plastic snapped off rendering the hat unwearable. It’s brand new and I’ve never been able to wear it!!
I contacted the seller and received no response after one week.
Very disappointing!

We have checked over 500 other hats and there is no fragility or weakness in any of the hats we have. If we had found one hat that when pulled hard broke we would have refunded / sent another however this has clearly been caused by user error or danage by the buyer.
