I believe that this garment is being misrepresented and is in fact A DANGER TO ANY WEARER WHO TRUSTS ITS ABILITY TO PROTECT FROM UV. Whoever is responsible for the false claims about its UV protection (the manufacturer, the retailer, both?) should be sanctioned.
