The unit was marked as new but had clearly been opened before. 2 of the 4 tabs on the mounting bracket were broken off and the bags for all of the components were either resealed or entirely different bags. I am only rating positive as the unit itself works perfectly fine but the selling practice is still a little questionable.

Sorry to hear that. That all are original package from Brivis. We have contact Brivis.They said they found it is very easy to broken and very hard to take it off from the bracket when 4 tabs on the mounting bracket. So they moved 2 of them. We just check our stock and they are all just have 2 tabes. Brivis said they also need to check every wifi kit connecting is working well before they are out since so many clients report connecting issue.
