When I reached out I asked them to not cancel and instead ship the tires as I currently have 3 and will not be able to reuse the coupon. Instead the my canceled and never responded I called their number but they said that they can’t provide eBay purchase support through the phone number. Buyer beware. If everything goes right it great. If there is a problem there is very poor customer service.
