i purchased this 50 inch tv from FACTORY DIRECT. when the order was placed and order details emailed to me the order said NO POSTAGE. imagine my surprise getting an email from seller requesting $90 for postage or i could cancel order. having already paid for tv i decided to go with the postage fee but i am at odds as how this happens when order showed delivery address and postage free. i think this reeks of defunct morality . it seems like the atitude is ok hes paid for tv so a bit more for LATE

Great communication, great fast speed delivery, great help getting tv in the shed. They made sure screen was perfect before leaving it with me. Tv is everything I was hoping for! Works great! Unsure why their is negative feedback, but I can't be any more happier with this service. ONLY thing I question is when they delivered box was already opened and sticky taped together, they said they opened it to make sure its OK, maybe put that in the description, overall I say a massive THANKYOU!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN FROM SELLER
This product is advertised as an 65C815 however you wont recieve this item as it comes packaged as an 65C727 model. DONT USE FALSE ADVERTISMENT AGAINST PEOPLE OR UPDATE YOUR SPECS. When the TV arrived the whole screen was cracked, packaging was damaged and missing styrofoam on an edge of the tv. Trying to return the tv but seller is an liar and gaslighter, didnt organise an delivery driver, blamed me for ‘wasting her money’. DO NOT BUY
