Item took 17 days to arrive, apparently traveling by boat rather than air. Not a big deal, I live on an island, sometimes that's how it goes. The item was not packed well, however. The air bags used were insufficient to secure the item; it was flopping around inside the shipping box and undoubtedly endured impacts of greater force than if it were packed securely. Fortunately, the phone has worked well in my testing and seems no worse for the wear. Overall I'm happy. Would use this seller again.
