If you want to up your pizza game, this is all you need! Outstanding how much the stone makes it resemble an authentic pizza. Here’s a quick & simple dough recipe to use: - 5 cups flour - 2.5 cups cold water - 1.5tsp dry yeast - 1.5tsp salt No need to wait for the yeast to activate! Just combine all ingredients and stir until sticky. On a floured surface, knead for 10-15 mins, adding flour as required. Yields around 6 pizzas for this size stone. Great size and quality pizza stone
Good quality piizza stone, we have used ours for both bread making and pizza. At 33cm the stone is a bit bigger than some available and has a wire rack included. If you are looking for a pizza stone this would be a good choice.
