Deceptive seller with disingenuous excuses. Item was listed as "New in box". The processor, heatsink (cooler) and contents of the box were clearly used (as per attached images). Relative to other listings for the same item on eBay, I significantly overpaid for the item. Upon contacting the seller, I was given a rather disappointing excuse as to why the listing was incorrect. In short, we don't inspect items and it is "box-in-box-out". Sought a fair resolution, but seller has been unresponsive.

We shipped the CPU which was as supplied to us by the distributors. We did provide an agreed partial refund to the buyer. Replied to the Buyer as follows; No way we would know whats inside the box as all we do is box in box out. The office is closed till the 9th Jan for Christmas holidays so cannot do anything till then when the manager come in. have forwarded your message to his mailbox. We did respond and sorted out the refund to compensate.

Top performer, great range, floats and easy to use Uniden MHS050.
I was a bit sceptical about this radio before I bought it because I was not sure if the power output would be adequate. BUT THIS IS A TOP LITTLE PERFORMER! I am really pleased with it and the scanner is superb, which means I do not miss calls on other frequencies when I am monitoring only one. The radio is quite small and fits in my top pocket easily and has a good hook attachment so that it cannot fall in the water. But if it does, it floats anyway. I cannot believe the range it achieves. I have been on land testing it below hills and it works very well. I don't know anybody else, but I certainly recommend it. Fantastic Product
These were just wot we needed on our boats. They work well and the fact that they will float should they ever get dropped in the water takes a lot of worry out of using them out on the water

Fit for Purpose
Cheap price but does a good job. It is only used as backup so if I was using one on a daily basis I would probably buy a more expensive product. Clarity is good and signal strength is adequate but neither is exceptional. Value for money though.
