    Seller delivered an inferior and damaged turquoise stone different than the item pictured. Also, the stone delivered was 90% backing material and not real stone (was not 66 cts as advertised). Lastly, the description said it was a “certified Bisbee stone”, which it was not. The stone was dyed and bled when cleaned with water and no certificate was provided. On the positive side, the seller promptly provided me a full refund. I will not buy from this seller again.
