I’m disappointed because it arrived on time and it was a fair price that I paid. I can’t put all the blame on the seller because the postman should have realised it was something fragile in the envelope and knocked on my door instead of posting it through my letterbox which is how I believe it got damaged but more to the point I’m now left with a phone that can’t be used.

The phone had old messages from Nov 2024, raising concerns about whether it was properly wiped or refurbished. I contacted the seller immediately and politely asked for clarification and the 12-month warranty certificate promised in the listing – but no response at all. Very disappointing experience. Poor communication – not recommended.
