- 7***b (1841)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseI paid for express post. Never arrived by express. Seller did refund $5. Postage was extremely high for a tiny button.. It would of cost no more than $4 to post but they charged $10. No bubble wrap just envelope and tiny cardboard box. Item doesn’t fit correctly like the original genuine ones. It has to be sanded down on the end as it’s too large. Also colour doesn’t match the genuine other buttons on the stove. Some people are just angry with anyone and anything, this is a good example, all our items are well packed and arrive safely at there destination, cost of item and postage is displayed before you buy or pay for the item, if it is too much do not buy, simple. We have selling for over 35 years, uBuyOz is the greatest cheapest seller in the world, buy more from us!!!!!

I received a 'sickle' type which will not fit in my cylinder. I contacted the seller but after a couple of non-commital mails comunications dried up. This type of seller either hasn't a clue what they are selling or don't care if it is not as described as long as they get paid. They seem to be getting more prevalent on eBay and AliExpress. Nothing I can do about this incorrect item - it is no use to me.
