Item arrived on 24th of October and was used and therefore couldn’t be re-used. Contacted the seller and advised and asked for replacement or refund. Seller advised would send a replacement. Which hasn’t arrived. I have contacted 3 more times asking where the item is and finally asking for a refund and have had no response.
Item described as brand new. Was used and in a bettered opened box as if it had already been returned.
Not happy. No item. And out of pocket by £37!!!
