I do not believe the item marked as "Brand New" was actually brand new; it did not come in any packaging and did not look brand new. The price was fine for a used product, it should be labeled that way. Product shipped and was returned okay, but communication with seller on issue was not customer friendly at all. If the product was more expensive, I would be more upset.

As clearly stated in the description, All items have been removed from BRAND NEW scrap appliances, directly from Electrolux. These are new and unused parts. Some items may have small blemishes from moving and storage.
The price was also the lowest on ebay for a new product.
