    Packaged arrive in good condition; plastic was old, so brittle and some small pieces ended up breaking, but not the sellers fault. Shipping went smoothly; the package was priced well and arrived as described and as shown in the pictures. This unit has very old batteries which I would be cautious of if buying something similar. Shipping cost was high but about as expected to ship an item that was this large.

    I ordered a server with "minor cosmetic scratches", but received a severely damaged piece of hardware in an undamaged box. I sent pictures when I contacted the seller immediately, but have been ignored for 5 days. I would love a refund/return, but if they never reach out, I guess I'll just lose the money I spent here...
