Laptop is perfect and in great condition. The adapter that I received with the shipment did not work. I contacted the seller and they went through some troubleshooting with me to verify that the adapter does not work. The seller has sent me a new adapter which I haven’t received yet because I just mailed it out today but other than that everything about this computer is perfect. This is the second computer I have purchased from the seller and I appreciate them

So far this T470 thinkpad has been working well. The laptop was actually on when I opened the box (the vents were very warm) and the shell was a bit dirty but everything else arrived as advertised. Thank you
