Assenza di elementi integranti del prodotto (accessori, cavi, manuali, parti, ...) o anomalie al prodotto stesso

Danneggiamento del prodotto per cause diverse dal suo trasporto

Prodotti non integri, deteriorati o privi di accessori e dotazioni originali

Stato di sporcizia del prodotto dovuta al suo utilizzo, che ne abbia compromesso l'integrità
