    Good....but not as good as one would expect!

    I purchased this BD because I like the show and I needed BDs to play with my new player.The picture quality is not as good as I expected,at times quite poor.Anyway....it's better than the standard resolution.With so much publicity around BDs one ( me for sure ) expects flawless quality on BD. More than one DB I own is less than flawless. They should stop putting out modest quality pictures on BD(regardless of the reason why the quality suffers),stop taking peoples $ and giving them less than they deserve !

    Stargate Atlantis: Fans' Choice (Blu-ray Disc, 2009)

    I like the improved quality of the video. The cover art is really cool. The only thing that I dont like about this blue ray disc is that there are only two episodes on this disk. I actually bought it because it said that the finale is an extended version. It is extended but only by about twenty five seconds. The video quality on the finale is better than the pilot episode. All in All the show is great the video is great and the case is great. My advise to you is if you like stargate atlantis and bluerays this is a must have disc.

    Stargate Atlantis is A number 1!!

    I love the entire series and am looking forward to watching the fans choice on blue ray high definition! I highly recomend Stargate SG-1 & Atlantis to anyone!!!
