Box for pet ashes is cheap and unfinished with patches unvarnished and also black stains. First message was tinged with arrogance but when I replied to that they replaced it. Replacement better but still shoddy with patches unvarnished and black staining. Clearly cheap and sent out without care. I wish I had bought elsewhere.

Sorry about this experience, wood is finished and polished bringing natural finish which may have some knots marks as natural on wood, this is liked by customers. We sent a replacement casket straight away.
