Probably not buyer fault BUT I paid more than the product cost to have it shipped to arrive on time. They used the USPS, which everyone now knows is a complete joke and very undependable. Do not charge that much for shipping and then leave it in the US postal systems hands!!! I would not have paid for expedited shipping if I knew that they would use that. I would have ordered from somewhere else.
