Ordered jacket according to chart. Arrived at least two sizes to small. No size marked to know what size it is. Not even close to distressed brown but a bright reddish orange color. Nice but not what I ordered. Contact seller, no response, contact seller with notice of feedback coming. Replied wanting pictures. Sent pictures, waited, no reply,sent seller last message and seller asked for 24hrs. Long past. Do not recommend seller for any sales. Terrible customer service

The experience was not entirely positive as carrier failed the company.In spite of those delivery problems, company personnel remained courteous and very efficient. Cannot comment on the product itself but, from my experience with similar jackets, that one looked exceptional and the price was more than competitive for a real natural shearling bomber jacket.
