Item was new and in original packaging but must have been in storage because it had slightly waxy film covering it - I guess from the bag? It washed off fine so I’m glad about that. I paid on the 5th, it didn’t ship until the 10th, and I received it on the 16th. It said returns accepted, but the return deadline was the 16th - the day I actually received it, so I am glad I am happy with the item.
