Dishonest seller do not to deal with them. Bought a new unopened 65" TCL C845 TV, was sent a damaged used tv in a box that was for another tv. I don't understand why they would send it from Melbourne to Brisbane as they had to pay the return postage and (after Ebay stepped in) was provided a full refund.
I didn't know of their bad reputation before ordering this tv but they are well known in other forums of being dishonest, deceptive and unpleasant seller. Look elsewhere, anywhere is better.

Incorrect item sent, item damaged. Was sent a return label, but courier never showed up (because they were never booked)! Have tried numerous times after to contact them, but they do not respond. Told me to organise a courier to send it back and they will refund the item, not a chance I’m footing the freight bill for their mistake. Worst customer service and I’m stuck with a broken oven which I didn’t even order and $900 out of pocket. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
