Love the hammered finish. Head was a little loose on the shaft but soaking for a few hours, sorted that out.
I'll be putting some hours in, to stone the edge, but it will be a very useful wilderness companion.I'l drw-file the hammer head to get it flat as its a little sketchy as is. All in all, very happy with it.

I love hearing that! Yes, these axes are best customized. Our local viking group has been using unsharpened for training but I personally prefer tuning up the edge for use around camp. How did that go? I had to use a file to get enough traction for a whetstone. Thanks again, and I left you 5 star feedback as well. A pleasure doing business with other enthusiasts.
