I purchased a new A54 5g and it arrived sooner than expected. Upon opening the sealed box I inserted my existing sim card and the phone did not work. I took it to my cell provider and they tried my sim card, their sim card and "e-sim". Determined phone defective. Contacted seller for a replacement and seller helped me with the refund and replacement process. New phone promptly arrived in sealed box and works fine.
