The condition was like new, the price was way less than it should have been and the clean and sleek black just made it sexy. I am happy and my customer is happy.

There is a minor dent in the side and a non-evasive mark on the top of the laptop. Everything works fine: Wi-Fi, Camera, Network and I was able to install BitLocker on the drive. I did not receive a power cord with the laptop, but I called and received it in the mail within 3 business days. Good communication. Good customer service. Recommended seller.
