Despite the estimated shipping date having passed, the seller failed to ship the item promptly. When I reached out, they claimed they were out of town and would ship on Monday. Seeking confirmation, I contacted them again on Tuesday, but received no response. After sending multiple messages requesting an update, with no reply from the seller, I had no choice but to open a case with eBay, which is currently still in progress and unresolved.
