    Item arrived brand new as described and was well-wrapped. The seller is very helpful and communicative. The only problem is that the item could be better designed and better explained. It's nearly impossible to use the extremely tiny straw inside the cap to dispense "drops" of the solution/remedy into a cup: it doesn't go into the straw at all. The best solution is to use an actual straw to safely dispense 4 drops, but this wouldn't be necessary if the bottle and cap were better made.
