Superman and Batman meet for the first time.
I grew up watching shows such as Superman: The Animated Series on the then-KidsWB many years ago. In this second season, the Man of Steel teams up with The Dark Knight himself: Batman in the epic three-parter: World's Finest.

Superman at his animated best
This second set of DVDs from the Superman animated series brings back several villains including Shocker, the Parasite, and of course Lex Luthor, and introduces several new characters including Mister Mxyzptlk and the superhero Steel. Plots and characterisation are a little more detailed than in the first series, with slightly more time more time devoted to the characters' private lives, but still aren't quite as well-developed as they are in the Batman animated series. One problem I've encountered with this set (and also with volume 1) is that the second disk is double-sided, and has to be turned over to see the last few episodes. This always makes disks a little more difficult to handle, and may be problematic if you have a slot-loading DVD player. Three of the episodes have sold ... Well unfortunately this is probably my least favorite of the three volumes. "SUPERMAN": the animated series. But thats just because the entire series is just spectacular five star entertainement. The highlight of this season was the three part, Emmy award winning crossover("Worlds Finenst") episodes introducing "Batman" to the "new style" of Warner Bros. Animation. Don't get me wrong I love Superman volume 2. I just like volumes 1, and 2, a little better. I think you should buy all three volumes and experience the excitement,the action, the adventure the hero, "SUPERMAN."Well unfortunately this is probably my least favorite of the three volumes. Superman: the Animated Series was a great superhero series. (They've gone downhill since then.) All the seasons have great (funny, action-packed, serious) episodes. This is for any Superman fan! Of course, my favorite in this set is probably "The World's Finest," where Batman chases the Joker to Metopolis. Superman and Batman realize that they are going to have to work together to stop the Joker and Luthor. One thing that stands in their way: both have a crush on Lois Lane!Superman: the Animated Series was a great superhero series. (They've gone downhill since then.) very cheap price for good show that your kids and adults can like together
it's great show id recommend that you pick up batman or any of the Justice League there better and you'll get more episodes. Superman volume 2 has many different villains in it so it's worth it if you buy this don't buy superman/batman the movie cause it's already on here.
